Gift Box Details and What’s Included

Your selected cake is presented inside a colourful handled gift box featuring metallic gold floral detailing and a large arched clear window.

The decorative design keeps the cake visible while enclosed, and the built-in handle makes the box easy to carry to a Rakhi celebration or present directly as a gift. No additional gift wrapping is required.

Ingredients

Pistachio Mawa Cake: Mawa (khoya), pistachio, wheat flour, sugar, butter, yoghurt, baking powder and baking soda. Topped with almonds, cashews, pistachios and dried rose petals.

Rose Gulkand Cake: Plain flour, canola oil, gulkand (rose petal jam), sugar, yoghurt, milk, baking powder, baking soda, fennel seeds, rose water and natural food colour.

Chocolate Cake: Plain flour, butter, Belgian dark couverture chocolate, milk chocolate, sugar, yoghurt, baking powder, baking soda, coffee, milk and cocoa powder.

All cakes are eggless.

Storage Instructions

Pistachio Mawa Cake: Keep refrigerated in an airtight container. Best consumed within 3 days. Microwave individual slices for 15 to 20 seconds before serving.

Rose Gulkand Cake: Keep refrigerated in an airtight container. Consume within 5 days. Bring to room temperature before serving.

Chocolate Cake: Keep refrigerated in an airtight container. Best consumed within 3 to 4 days. Bring to room temperature before serving or microwave individual slices for 10 to 15 seconds.

This cake was exactly what I needed for the festive season. While planning my Diwali hampers, I did not want to add basic mithai, coz that's what everyone does. But I wanted it to be something that tasted mithai-ish and not lose touch to the desi flavors of the festive times. Just then Simer launched her Bridgerton cake, and the look was EXACTLY what i wanted. The cake was beyond delicious. It was loved by all my guests, especially my husband who was very skeptical when I was ordering this. As always, Simer's hard work paid off well and exceeded expectations.
