Do I need to book in advance?
Yes - all orders must be pre-booked online. Same-day pickup or delivery isn’t available unless we’ve confirmed it with you in advance.
How do I choose my delivery method?
The best option depends on your items and location:
- Pickup - free, from Eastwood.
- On-Demand Delivery - Sydney only; required for cakes & dessert cups.
- Postal - Standard (NSW only, $9.99, Mon–Tue recommended) & Express (Australia-wide, $19.99, dispatched Mon–Wed).
Why is On-Demand Delivery more expensive?
A driver from one of our trusted partners picks up your order in Eastwood and brings it straight to your door.
This personalised service starts from $10 for the first 3 km, with charges varying by distance. It’s the safest option for fragile treats like cakes and dessert cups.

Can I choose a delivery date and is it guaranteed?
- On-Demand Delivery: Yes - lock in your preferred date at checkout; we’ll deliver that day within your selected time slot.
- Express Post: We dispatch on your selected day. Australia Post aims for next-business-day delivery to eligible postcodes (check eligible postcodes). Exact dates aren’t guaranteed. For big events, consider choosing delivery a day earlier.
- Standard Post: Dispatched on your chosen day; arrives typically 2–5 business days after dispatch (not guaranteed).
What if I’m not home for delivery?
- On-Demand: The driver waits up to 5 minutes. If you’re in a unit or gated property, please be ready to meet them outside, as building access may be limited. You can also use your tracking link to give Authority to Leave (ATL). If your order is left, we can’t cover theft, damage, or spoilage - please refrigerate items promptly.
- Postal: Parcels are left safely (Default ATL) or taken to a collection point. Please collect as soon as possible as items are perishable.
Will all my products be sent together?
Yes - all items in one order are packed and sent together using the delivery method you choose during checkout.
