Important Note: If you're not in a major city region, we recommend using Express shipping to avoid any delays that might mess with the yumminess of your treats.

Shipping Policy

At Eatwithsimer, we love making sweets without any weird stuff added (preservatives, additives, cheap fillers etc.). To keep them super fresh when they reach you, we only send them out on Mondays to Wednesday – no weekend trips for our treats! And guess what? You get to pick the day you want us to send them when you check out. We're all about making sure your treats arrive when it works best for you, straight from our kitchen to your door. We promise it's going to be a yummy experience!

Standard Shipping  (NSW only):

We charge a flat rate of $9.99 within NSW. Keep in mind that we only ship on Mondays and Wednesdays to keep your treats fresh. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way. Please note that we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date for standard shipping.

Express Shipping (Australia-wide):

Need your sweets a little faster? Choose express shipping for $19.99. This is the  most common option used by our customers. While we can't guarantee a specific delivery date for all locations, Express Post offers guaranteed next-business-day delivery to the following postcodes:

Imagine having your own personal courier! Our on-demand shipping service brings that level of convenience to your doorstep. Here's how it works: a friendly person from our shipping team picks up your order and delivers it straight to you. It's like having your own delivery superhero! Since this service is personalised and someone is exclusively working for you during that time, it's a bit more expensive.

Shipping charges vary depending on the distance from our Eastwood location. To check if we deliver to your area and select your preferred delivery date and time, simply enter your postcode in the provided field at checkout.

For those who require more precise delivery timing, we offer a 2-hour delivery window at an additional cost. Please contact us prior to placing your order to arrange this expedited service and determine the applicable fee.

Customers can track their delivery in real-time with this service.

Free Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup from Woorang Street, Eastwood.  Simply select "I will pick up" option during checkout to select your pickup slot 

We will send you an email when your order is ready along with pickup instructions. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

 

Important Things to Know

• Delicate Treats: Some items, like cakes and dessert cups, are too delicate for regular shipping. These can only be ordered for on-demand delivery within Sydney or for local pickup.

• Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Eatwithsimer is not responsible for incorrect deliveries or delays caused by address errors. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Returns or Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our handcrafted treats and our commitment to made-to-order freshness, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for edible items once they have been prepared. This ensures the highest quality and food safety for every customer.

However, we understand that mistakes can happen. If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately through our website's "Contact Us" form. We will be happy to discuss a replacement or store credit to ensure your satisfaction.

Please note that as we begin preparing your order shortly after it is placed, cancellations are not accepted after one hour from the order placement time. If you need to cancel your order within this one-hour window, please leave a message using the "Contact Us" option on our website.
