A rich blend of dried fruits (raisins, sultanas, cranberries, apricots, currants, prunes, citrus peel), roasted nuts (cashews, walnuts, pecans, hazelnuts, almonds), brown sugar, molasses, orange juice, apple juice, plain flour, butter, milk, flaxseeds, baking powder, warm spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, ginger, black pepper), tutti-fruity, glazed cherries and neutral gel.

Keep the cake in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.

For longer storage, refrigerate for up to 10–12 days.

Bring to room temperature before serving for the best flavour and texture, or microwave on low heat for 10–15 seconds to soften the texture.
