Mawa (Milk Solids), pistachio powder, wheat flour, sugar, butter, yoghurt, baking powder, baking soda. topped with almonds, cashews, pistachios and dried rose petals.

For longer storage, refrigerate for 10–12 days.
Bring to room temperature before serving, or microwave on low heat for 10–15 seconds to soften the texture.

Best consumed within 3 days for ideal freshness.
Microwave for 15–20 seconds before eating for the best texture and flavour.

This cake was exactly what I needed for the festive season. While planning my Diwali hampers, I did not want to add basic mithai, coz that's what everyone does. But I wanted it to be something that tasted mithai-ish and not lose touch to the desi flavors of the festive times. Just then Simer launched her Bridgerton cake, and the look was EXACTLY what i wanted. The cake was beyond delicious. It was loved by all my guests, especially my husband who was very skeptical when I was ordering this. As always, Simer's hard work paid off well and exceeded expectations.
