This allows you to create a different combination for a brother, Bhaiya-Bhabhi, child or girl instead of sending the same fixed gift to everyone.

No. All Rakhi orders are pre-booked and are not dispatched immediately after checkout. On the cart page, you will choose an available dispatch date, and we will prepare and ship your postal order on that selected date.

The dispatch dates shown depend on our remaining preparation capacity. Once we reach the maximum number of orders we can prepare for a date, that date is removed from the cart. Ordering early gives you a better choice of dispatch, pickup and On-Demand Delivery dates.

Your selected dispatch date is the date your parcel is scheduled to leave EatWithSimer. It is not the date the parcel will arrive, so please allow enough time for Australia Post to deliver it to the recipient.

Postal orders within NSW can be sent by Standard or Express Post. For regional NSW, check the estimated transit time using the Australia Post postage and delivery-time calculator with Epping NSW 2121 as the sending postcode. If Standard Post is estimated to take more than two business days, we recommend choosing Express Post to reduce the time the sweets spend in transit.

Orders sent outside NSW are shipped by Express Post only. This reduces interstate transit time and helps the sweets reach the recipient sooner and fresher.

Yes. For postal orders, tracking details are sent by email or SMS once your parcel is booked with the courier. Tracking updates may not appear until Australia Post completes the first parcel scan.
